Shipping Policy
All orders placed with Pui Shan Limited are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
Standard domestic shipping is delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the package and the delivery location. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
International Shipping
Pui Shan Limited ships to select international destinations. International delivery typically requires 7 to 14 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pui Shan Limited does not collect these fees at checkout, and they are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information becomes available within 24 hours of dispatch. Pui Shan Limited is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather events, or customs processing.
Returns Policy
Pui Shan Limited accepts returns on all items within 14 calendar days from the date the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any odors. All original tags must remain attached to the garment. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or use are not accepted for return.
Final sale items are not eligible for return. These include items purchased during clearance events, promotional discounts exceeding 40% off the original price, and accessories such as jewelry or hair accessories.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate the Return
Contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order to request a return authorization. Include the order number and the item(s) to be returned. Pui Shan Limited will provide a return authorization confirmation within 2 business days.
Step 2: Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box. Include the return authorization confirmation inside the package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Pui Shan Limited does not provide prepaid return labels.

Pui Shan Limited recommends using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Pui Shan Limited is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the return package is received and inspected by Pui Shan Limited. Once the return is approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
For payments made via PayPal, refunds are initiated within 14 business days of return approval. Certain regional regulations require PayPal refunds to be processed within 30 calendar days. In jurisdictions where this requirement applies, PayPal refunds are completed within 30 calendar days from the date of return approval.
The total refund amount equals the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
Step 1: Inspection
Upon arrival, the return package is inspected to verify that all items meet the return eligibility criteria. This inspection is completed within 5 business days of receipt.
Step 2: Approval or Rejection
If the return is approved, the refund is processed according to the timeline specified above. If the return is rejected due to signs of wear, missing tags, or non-compliance with the 14-day policy, the items are shipped back to the customer. A rejection notification is sent to the email address on file.
Step 3: Refund Confirmation
A refund confirmation email is sent once the refund has been issued. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider’s processing schedule. Pui Shan Limited does not control this timeframe.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the order confirmation, contact [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery. Pui Shan Limited provides a prepaid return label for these situations. Upon verification, a full refund is issued, or a replacement item is sent at no additional cost.
